Support being part of The BADT Family And Make Change For Our Profession!
ÃÛÌÒTV was formed in 1962 when the first dental therapists qualified in the UK, and had their first AGM in 1963. From those early days with restrictions in places of work and a more limited scope of practice, BADT has led the profession through a series of developments and advancements, including the introduction of ID blocks and primary pulp therapy, working without a dentist on the premises, working in general dental practice and then Direct Access.
